Política de Cancelación, Devolución y Rembolso
El Cliente tendrá derecho a desistir del contrato durante un periodo de 15 días naturales (en adelante “plazo de desistimiento”) sin indicar el motivo desde la fecha de la posesión material del Producto por el Cliente o por un tercero designado por el Cliente distinto del transportista. Ahora bien, el Cliente no podrá ejercer el derecho de desistimiento en aquellos supuestos previstos por el artículo 103 de la Ley de Consumidores, entre los que se encuentra, el suministro de bienes confeccionados conforme a las especificaciones del consumidor y usuario o claramente personalizados.
Todas las devoluciones deberán hacerse a través de la tienda online, o en el punto de venta físico de MARIA BEGOÑA RAMOS GARCÍA.
En el supuesto de que el Cliente realice un pedido con dos o más Productos y éstos no sean entregados en la misma entrega, el plazo empezará a contar el día que el Cliente o un tercero designado por el Cliente distinto del transportista adquiera la posesión material del último de los Productos.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, el Cliente, deberá indicar a MARIA BEGOÑA RAMOS GARCÍA, dentro del plazo de desistimiento, su intención de desistir del contrato, utilizando el usuario y contraseña con el que realizó la compra y el número del pedido. Una vez realizada la solicitud, recibirá un correo electrónico, en él encontrará un enlace a la web de nuestro operador logístico para seleccionar la dirección de recogida así como el día y hora de preferencia. Para preparar el paquete localice el albarán que le enviamos con el pedido, empaquete el artículo de forma protegida e introdúzcalo dentro, si no lo tuviera puede imprimir la confirmación de pedido.
Si el Cliente desiste del contrato, se le reembolsará el importe pagado, sin incluir los gastos de envío sin indebido retraso y, en cualquier caso, antes de que pasen 14 días desde la fecha en que se informó a MARIA BEGOÑA RAMOS GARCÍA de la decisión de desistir del contrato. Los gastos de devolución correrán a cargo del Cliente siempre y cuando este dentro del plazo de devolución.
El Cliente es responsable de la disminución de valor de la mercancía que se derive de un uso distinto del Producto al necesario para establecer la naturaleza, las características o el funcionamiento de la mercancía.
MARIA BEGOÑA RAMOS GARCÍA no procederá a reembolsar el importe hasta que se reciba la mercancía o hasta que se reciba una prueba por parte del Cliente de que se ha reenviado la mercancía, según qué condición se cumpla primero.
Gastos de Envíos
Los gastos de envío que deberá satisfacer el Cliente para el envío de los Productos contenidos en un pedido son los siguientes:
Territorio peninsular e Islas Baleares: 4.50 euros
Resto de Europa 6.00 euros
Envíos Extracomunitarios 8 euros
El precio de los gastos de envío aparecerá detallado en el resumen del pedido en la Web realizado por el Cliente antes de proceder al pago .
Las entregas se realizarán en un plazo de 3-5 días laborables en Península y hasta 7 días laborables en Islas Baleares desde la realización del pedido, considerando los días laborables de lunes a viernes, exceptuando los festivos. Es posible que dicho plazo se pueda ver ampliado sin que, en ningún caso, se supere el plazo de 30 días naturales desde la confirmación del pedido.
